Re: dampening paper



'deqr Dard: Check out the following: Dampen every other sheet -handmade -
with a spray and then wrap the entire heap in visquine, put a board on
top and leave overnight. The next day unwrap and check paper for cockle.
Turn every other sheet head to toe, rewrap and add some weight but not
too much. If you have a damp box,put wrapped sheets in that atmosphere
and let sit for another day or two, checking the heap for more cockle.
That should break down the internal size.Also, put a bit of clorax in
water if you have any mold at all appear.In Colorado we have both the
right Ph and no bugs juice in the water. Best of luck, Jim TRissel
