Frank,
I don't read upside down as a rule---
It is a very good way to proof read...rather like looking at a
painting in a mirror-- everything looks very  different and errors
seem to jump out.
When I was a t-shirt silk screener I did that alot as the screens are
upside down and point away from you. It is like learning any skill -
after a while you can do it easily.
