Robyn-This is pretty obvious but gets beautiful results-have you tried the
color pens which are made for use on photographs? You can get them at a photo
store, come in quite a variety of colors. Also sepia toning and then hand
coloring. If the photographic paper has a receptive surface (not RC which is a
plastic finish) you can use anything you would use on paper-watercolors,
various inks, pencils, charcoal. Soaking the photo first and sponging it to
damp will change the effects of what you apply to the damp paper.
