Since you are asking about archival issues, think about this:  by adhering old
lithos to wood and cutting them up to make puzzles, you are pretty much destroying
the old lithos.  Couldn't you just make good color copies of the lithos and use
these to make the puzzles?  Then you could make more that one puzzle from each
