To add a few more coins to Barnes&Noble / Amazon.com::

Those on the list may or may not be aware that both sell out of print books.
Both use ABE (Advanced Book Exchange), Barnes and Noble uses ABE
exclusively, and other on-line out of print book services to "find" their
books. While B&N tells the buyer where the book is coming from by dealer
name (not location)they do not mention the 20 - 25% surcharge they tack on
to the book. amazon.com adds a similar charge.

We can not argue the right or wrong of this...it is however something to be
aware of.
