Better yet, ask your ISP to refuse email of over 500K.

There's no reason and no excuse for sending large file via email.
That's what FTP and http URLs are for.

Additionally, you can protect yourself by setting your email client to leave all messages (attachments) over, say 15K, on the server until you DECIDE to download it, or delete it. In Eudora, this is under Settings, Check Mail.

Unfortunately, the basic concepts of netiquette are still lost on the vast majority if net users...

Finally, the overriding question is what in the world does aliensong.mpg have to do with Book_Arts-L???
