SU Book Art: An Exhibition of Student Work (Syracuse, NY)

The Syracuse University Library's Department of Special Collections is
pleased to announce its third biennial book arts exhibit.

This exhibition features work by students in three different classes: First
year foundation students and advanced printmaking / book arts students
from the College of Visual and Performing Arts, and students in the
Humanistic Studies Program's "basic bookbinding" class. Also featured are
the works of several graduates, often in collaborative efforts.

Works on exhibit range from the traditional fine press book and binding, to
innovative, non-traditional, structures, which play an integral role in the
storytelling process.

The exhibition will also be online shortly. If you're in the area, please
stop by to see the work of our students.

Location: Bird Library, 6th Floor Exhibition Case
Dates: March 22 to April 15
Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
