I like Microsoft Publisher.  Choose "special fold" --> "book fold" on the
page layout menu.  If you set up your text boxes on the first 4 pages, you
can add pages in multiples of 4 which copy those text boxes as you do so.
Then pour your text at the beginning and let it automatically link the boxes
as it pours through the pages.  Very easy.
