The lecture on "Medieval Manuscripts to Modern Calligraphy", scheduled
to occur on Wednesday, September 19, 2001, at the Frances Loeb Library,
Graduate School of Design, Harvard University, has been cancelled.

Our presenter, Patricia Lovett, was traveling to the US from London on
the morning of the terrorist attacks on Washington, D.C. and New York.
Her plane was diverted to Halifax, where she and her husband spent the
night on the floor of a school gymnasium. They were ultimately unable to
get to Boston at all, and were forced to cancel their trip and return to
London.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Jim
