Anne,
My daughter is a wedding photographer and has worked with many styles of
albums.  She uses what ever the bride wants but prefers the screw post style
because of the ease of rearrangement.  No matter how she sets up the album
she usually has to rearrange the pages.

My daughter also reports that just this last year brides have started asking
about "acid free" and "archival" even when they don't know what it means.

I'm interested in the photo mounting method(s) you will use ( or the
photographer will use.)
