THE CENTER FOR BOOK ARTS HOSTS
Outwest II : SO CALled Books
An Exhibit of Artist's books from Southern California
November 2nd through December 22nd

Opening Reception Friday, November 2, 6-8 pm
An introduction to the exhibit written by the curator, Gloria
Helfgott,
will be read by CBA Artist Member Evelyn Eller at 7:30 pm.

ABOUT THE CENTER FOR BOOK ARTS
The Center for Book Arts is dedicated to the preservation of the
traditional crafts of bookmaking, as well as encouraging contemporary
interpretations of the book as an art object. Founded in 1974, it was
the first not-for-profit organization of its kind in the nation. The
Center organizes exhibitions related to the art of the book and offers
an extensive selection of educational courses, workshops and seminars
in traditional and contemporary bookbinding, letterpress printing,
and  other arts.
