NW Bookfest Book Arts Exhibition

Just installed, is the Northwest Bookfest Book Arts Exhibition at the
Collins Gallery, Multnomah County Library, Portland, Oregon, which will be
on exhibit until November 11, 2001.

More than 90 books made by 45 book artists make up the work in this juried
exhibition.  The artists represented in the exhibition are seen at:

Award winners, for awards in fine press, artists books, typography,
binding, found object, most provocative, and juror's award, are found at:

A public reception and talk by two artists with works in the exhibition,
MARE BLOCKER of M Kimberly Press (McCall, ID) and CATHERINE MICHAELIS of
May Day Press (Vashon Island, WA), will be on NOVEMBER 8th at 6 PM in the
Collins Gallery.
