My Own Journal
Have you always wanted your own special journal--made with that special=20
fabric in just the size that suites you with the kind of paper you need for=20
pen or even watercolors? Here=E2=80=99s your chance. This class will teach t=
he basics=20
of sewing sections on tapes to make a text block and applying a hard cover t=
o=20
your text block. using fabric or paper as the covering material. We will mak=
e=20
several sample books and after 8 weeks come away with that special journal.=20
Students will supply any special materials for the final journal.
April 18 - June 6, 8 weeks

$ 40 plus $10 materials fee

Book Arts Studio
This is a time to do your own work, get advise on a special project, meet=20
with other bookmakers, or use the equipment at Valley Art. An instructor wil=
