Just a reminder that the Suellen Glashausser Memorial Exhibition ("Suellen
Glashausser and the Book: Enduring Delight") is opening at the Dana Library,
Rutgers University, Newark, NJ this Friday April 12th from 4-6 p.m..
About 70 books will be on view-and they are wonderful-reflecting
Glashaussers boundless inventiveness. To get there from NYC, take the Path
or NJTransit (from Penn Station NYC) to Newark, Penn Station, then the City
Subway two stops to Washington, then a short walk along University to the
library. For more directions call 973-353-5222

An informal catalog containing an essay and detailed decriptions of the
books is available free of charge while they last-to libraries, Museums,
Book Arts Centers and Universities and other venues that specialize in Book
Arts. To obtain one, send e-mail with your name and address of your center
or institution to:

 maisonav@andromeda.rutgers.edu

To add a personal note... It is my hope that this exhibition will not be the
end of Suellens' work. She exhibited world-wide (USA, France, Japan, and
more) when she was alive, and I hope her work will travel and continue to
inspire and bless those who have the good fortune to see it.
