If you are not sure how to treat the ballot, the easiest, safest and best way
to protect it is to encapsulate it in polyester film (Mylar and now Melinex).
The various suppliers such as Gaylord, University Products, Light
Impressions, have Mylar Sleeves and Envelopes that can be used.
