The Harry Ransom Center is the place with the collections on UT campus.  They
have a wide variety of collections, though I'm not sure how much is on display
at any given time-- especially book related-- except for the Gutenberg Bible.

the Blanton Museum in the Art Building as well as the faculty exhibit at
FlatBed Press on MLK.
