[BKARTS] French terminology

In the ICA handbook series vol. 4, Glossary of Basic Archival and
Library Conservation Terms--an alphabetical listing of terms in English
with Spanish, German, Italian, French and Russian equivalents--
item 280, Perfect binding, gives the French equivalents reliure sans
couture, and assemblage du dos par encollage. I think the second might be
the better selection for the English 'double fan'.
