someone wrote that they thought a signed release would probably work...
yes and no. to those not in the know it may deter them from filing a suit
if there was an injury because they think they can't. however those
really don't hold up in court ( or so i was advised by 2 attys i asked )
also not to mention people who really want to sue will.. because they
figure that you as a defendant will have legal fees to defend yourself (
even if the case gets thrown out).. so most people settle to avoid that
cost.( the plantiffs can often get an atty who works on contingincy thus
they have no legal fees upfront). just something to keep in mind.
