[BKARTS] Upcoming Events in Cincinnati



The Cincinnati Book Arts Society will be hosting a variety of book arts
related events, talks and workshops over the next week. We hope you will
check out all the information below and find something to tweak your
interest!

Book artist Ed Hutchins will be visiting this week. His work is now on
display at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County (PLCH) at
800 Vine Street in Cincinnati, on the Third Floor.

Bookworks 4, co-sponsored by the Cincinnati Book Arts Society (CBAS) and
PLCH, is also on display in the main atrium of the downtown library, 800
Vine. This exhibition will be on display through May 31.


In conjunction with the exhibit, a number of programs featuring Ed Hutchins
will be held at the Library and in the community:

Hyde Park Branch of the Public Library
"Make Pictures That Move"
11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Create an action story book with pictures that move and pop-up in unexpected
ways. By the time you’re finished, heads will wiggle, houses will float
above the page, pictures will change, and maybe even a ghost will appear!
