U.S. board weights (thickness) is meassured in thousanths inches. A "10
point"  board is 10 thousanths inch thick. (100 to the inch) Binders board is
also in thousanths. .098 is 98 thousanths inch thick. A stack of ten will be
nearly one inch high.
