[BKARTS] Covering spine labels

In additional response to Jen's query about "polishing paper titles so
they won't scuff", and adding to Peter's suggestions of Renaissance Wax
and Klucel-G, we use a spray fixative (like for drawings) or SC-6000 (an
acrylic polymer and wax emulsion for leather surfaces). The SC-6000, when
used over papers like Moriki, create a strong finish with a leather look
to it.

It's handy to have all these different finishes depending on what the
desired look for the title is.
