Re: [BKARTS] Dry rot



Dry rot is usually called so because it is dry when it is discovered. It must
have been wet at one point. When rebuilding an old barn, you'll notice that
the floor maintains more (not by any means all) of it's integrity when it's
wet. When it becomes dry is when it becomes more noticable.
At least, that's been my experience
