Dear Betty:
  I am certain this is the mull I get from J. Hewit and Sons Ltd. in
Edinburgh.  It's pretty good, but the postage they charge costs more than 4
yds. of the product.
    I agree that if the adhesive doesn'r completely penetrate the fabric, then
there can be problems.
