[BKARTS] vinyl? plastic? polyporpylene? covers

i've been looking for some type of "thin" vinyl(plastic?
polyporpylene?) material as cover material. i'm to the point of almost
using thin placemats as a substitute. a list of some books that have
this type of cover are those "index" series books:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1581802366/
qid=1088435556/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/104-3135262-2104741?v=glance&s=books
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1581801467/
qid=1088435556/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/104-3135262-2104741?v=glance&s=books

or this book

http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/ASIN/3931126536/qid%3D1088435651/302
-0500858-3956843

there are others but no other titles occur to me right now.

it would be really helpful if someone knew of a european or german
distributor/store/etc.

thanks in advance.
Ken
