Re: [BKARTS] Edible Books

I've not grasped the edible book concept, but for those who have, there was
an article in the New York Times this morning about Moto, a restaurant in
Chicago that serves edible photos and food-shaped objects printed on a Canon
i560 printer using edible paper made of soybeans and cornstarch and
food-based inks.

I think you have to sign in to access the article on line. Go to
www.nytimes.com, then select Technology from the left-hand menu, then
Circuits, then look for "When the Sous-Chef Is an Inkjet" by David
Bernstein.

Happy digesting!
