Kevin-

May I suggest that you get a group of friends of varied skill together and
practice teaching your workshop? It will give you an opportunity to see some of
the issues and questions that arise, which may surprise you. You'll see the
parts that work and don't work in your presentation, where you
need better directions or diagrams, and how to best allot your time.

Some will excel in the technical aspects, others in the creative. Each needs
nurturing.
As others have written, every class differs and you will need to leave time
for this.

I agree, that the person with endless questions can really disrupt your
presentation and the class.
Pre-plan a response for handling this very real possibility.
