Re: [BKARTS] Ampersand Journal

Alice,
One of the things that happens when a membership organization grows and
changes over time is that much of its organizational history is lost. I
will send a copy of your inquiry to some of the PCBA founders (Betsy Davids
and Alastair Johnson) for an answer to your question and let you know!

Our current goal is to include content that is relevant and interesting to a
broad range of book arts specialists and generalists, including
typographers, letterpress printers, binders, book artists, and printmakers.

"--A subscription to our quarterly book arts journal, Ampersand."

In the 60s and 70s there was a newsletter for graphic designers
by the same name, which had the very best of typography and design.
Is your quarterly based on that original?
