There are some free Hebrew fonts (TTF) for download here:
http://keshernet.com/resources/downloads/

I've used a couple of these fonts for publications and they've worked
fine. Although I like aesthetic of the David font better, if you need
vowels (if that's the right word), the Shebrew has them.
