Re: [BKARTS] BOOK_ARTS-L Digest - 17 May 2006 to 18 May 2006 (#2006-43)

Hi Kevin,

Are you familiar with Ink-Aid products? The web
address is http://www.inkaid.com. The ink-aid
coatings allow you to create digital art on any porous
surface, so if you don't find a good coated paper or
want to use a special paper for your book this might
be worth looking into.

Subject: Non-Flaky Ink Jet Paper?

I am ink jet printing (Epson 2200) a new artist book
and am having
with my ink jet paper. The pages I wish to print are
full bleed with a
and a fold. Trouble is that the coating on the ink jet
paper is flaking
at the edge of the page trim. Can anyone recommend a
brand of ink jet
that does not flake off in books?
