Job Description: Studio Technician
Columbia College Chicago Center for Book & Paper Arts
The Studio Technician position is a 30 hour part-time position that reports
to the Studio Coordinator for direction and supervision. The position
requires working familiarity with the equipment and tools utilized in
papermaking, book-binding, and letterpress printing. While someone with a
degree in this area is preferred, working familiarity with these tools and
technologies is essential.  Because this individual works with all the
staff, students, and volunteers at the Center, someone with strong
interpersonal communication skills is essential.  Some evening hours
