Hi Judith -

I had the boards cut at the lumber store then did the assembly myself with screws, wood glue and a square. I applied the formica and trim - the back is "rustic" (bare plywood). The biggest challenge was cutting the formica to size cleanly from a large scrap I'd scrounged, but it turned out ok. The edge trim is actually that wood laminate you get in small rolls and iron on (no joke) with a tacking iron.
