Well, this is just *wrong*. I personally know nothing about this, but have a thought. Could you get it reclassified to be more in line of what a conservator or curator gets in a museum? I would think their salary would be higher than a mail clerk.....??

I used to work for a university, and know how strict those official levels can be, but maybe this is worth a try?
