Dick Blick has the Fiskars 8" nonstick at http://www.dickblick.com/zz570/52/ My local and the online JoAnn Fabrics also carries them........ When I was searching I found "nonstick" much more useful than "teflon" as a description.

A suggestion for those who must use other cutters, i.e. regular scissors, as well as board shears, to cut sticky materials: I have found that a Stainless Steel Cleaner used by restaurants works exceptionally well, not only to cleanup any adhesive residue, but also to reduce the amount of adhesive that clings to the cutting blades.
A trade name is "Swell" by Epic Industries in New Jersey at 800-221-3742 --- I buy it at my local restaurant supply store. It is basically mineral spirits and mineral oil. I like it much better than acetone for cleaning cutting blades, and since it has mineral oil, it leaves a light, pleasant lubricant.
