[BKARTS] Woof!



On a hunch I'd look for some of the animal portraits Edwin Landseer 
painted for Queen Victoria and especially for Mr. Victoria, Prince 
Albert, who was German and hence might well have had a dog with a 
German name. Plus, the "doggie portrait" seems to be something Landseer 
produced for the Royals.

That doesn't exactly put it in the can, but hey...
