[BKARTS] bookseller seeking bookbinder

A colleague is looking for a bookbinder in the geographical region of
Texas/Louisiana/Arkansas/Oklahoma/New Mexico

who would be skilled in the following:
several volumes that need either extensive restoration or
complete rebinding from scratch. Most of these were published between
1700 and 1850.

The binder should be familiar with the styles and materials used for
bindings from these dates and capable of creating bindings that can
reproduce or evoke them.

Thanks for any recommendations!

Regards, Lee
