For Jules:

Yes, actually I have a website that houses mega art, animation, and at least 5 full altered books.

I do believe that this is an excellent idea!! How do we proceed with something such as this?

Good Grief!!!
Just recently I was reading a post of a collage artist who had an
entry in the wiki....and at that point I had mulled it over a bit,
deciding whether or not I wanted to go ahead and list myself, as you
say...i am also a self referential artist!!
We should start a Wiki article on self-referential art. Do you have an
online portfolio?

For Sonja:
The Wikipedia needs more articles about bookbinding methods and
knowledge, not about artists. (Generally artists will get deleted unless
they are quite notable.)

We need a page about [[Coptic binding]] and need to expand [[secret
Belgian binding]] and stuff like that.

I can't believe you made this statement!!!!
Wiki is a collaborative thing, as is all information. Certainly information about artists is as important as information about a specific binding. In fact, isn't most all information important in some way or another???
If you feel the wiki needs more information in some specific manner, perhaps you would want to contribute?? Certainly any one of us could post it there.
