Re: [BKARTS] glue gun glue

"I know there are different
formulations, according to temperature of the glue gun, but I don't
know anything about it other than that.... Anyone?"

This is always a moving target, but many museums have tested glue guns
for gluing Ethafoam, Coroplast, and Volara for exhibit mounts and
shipping crate cushions. The 3M 3748 seems to get good reviews, but I
think it requires a special glue gun. The National Gallery of Art (USA)
is always doing a lot of tests on this sort of thing, because they send
out tons of travelling exhibits. It would be good to see what they are
currently using.
