Unless they have permission, it's actually like you republishing Harry Potter or any other published work. Flagrant violation. Source code (the underlying HMTL is included in that) even though the tags are a public domain standard we all adhere to in the interest of interoperability.

p.

this seems less like a breach of copyright
and more one of netiquette.
