Re: [BKARTS] Drop spine box for single document

I think a sink mat or shallow tray would work better than a drop-spine
box for a "flat" document. It takes up less storage space, and it can
double as an exhibit frame. You can make a nice-looking sink mat with a
hinge at the top(or left side) that opens flat to facilitate removal of
the document. The face mat would have a slightly smaller window to
conceal the layers surrounding the object. You can also make a matboard
cover sheet for storage. If the cover sheet is attached to the backboard
with a wide hinge, then you can fold it behind the backboard for
framing. You can also cut out contoured shapes in the window for pendant
seals at the bottom.
