One would have to create or tweak a profile for the leather by using sample leather pieces to hone in on a correct setting by using a paper or canvas profile as a starting point.  And each different leather would require it's own profile. But it sounds like a worthy experiment.  You might want to check with epson to find out their opinion on whether it might damage the print head because of the softness of the leather.  Just a thought.
