Re: [BKARTS] Basic Book Repair Supplies

Kathy,

Among the free book repair/conservation manuals you may find online I
recommend that you check
Artemis BonaDea's "Conservation Book Repair" at
http://library.state.ak.us/hist/conman.html
It's a 190 page book in .pdf format.

Also check the large list of special topic guides at the Book Arts Web site
http://www.philobiblon.com/
Check the Bookbinding Tutorial section under the Reference tab at the top of
the page. Or, go directly to
http://www.philobiblon.com/tutorials.shtml

If there was only room for one in a collection of such, is there one
you'd recommend over the others?

Thanks,

Kathy
