[BKARTS] Wood Type workshop!

Two Day Workshop at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum

On Saturday, January 12 - 13, Rachel Wiecking will conduct a workshop at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum. Rachel is the current Victor Hammer Fellow in the Book Arts at Wells College in Aurora, New York.

This workshop will introduce participants to letterpress printing.
Participants in this two day workshop will have the opportunity to work from one of the World's premier collections of wood type. They will also be introduced to the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum. This unique and fascinating museum holds one hundred years of American graphic design and printing history.

The cost for the two day workshop is $200.00. Attendees have the option of staying at the Lighthouse Inn, just minutes from the Museum, for a reduced rate. Please call the Lighthouse Inn at 1-888-228-6416 for rates; be sure to mention that you are participating in this workshop.
