Re: [BKARTS] Re SPOD Books in the bookart realm ?? !!



New technology always has provokes enemies who proclaim the new way is not  
as valid as the old: see the anti-glicee and mass produced SPOD books latest  
postings. When the mezzotint was used to reproduce black and white copies of  
paintings in the 17th and 19th century, was it too thought of as an inferior  
art? I wonder.
