Spam buckets or not, how about things get posted to a website and then people can download. Much easier to share that way and avoids the plethora of "me too" messages. Hosting services are freely available and anything from a "blog" to other site will permit files to be uploaded and shared. Alternatively, if they are "bibliographies" or other text-based things, copy into a plain ascii text message and send as plain text (the only kind permitted). Should be easy enough.
