[BKARTS] Brown Bag Bindery Workshop

The Brown Bag Bindery
The Sharpest Pencil Bindery is proud to offer the first in a series of
workshops to make affordable, portable tools for students and emerging
book artists. Many book arts facilities are limited in storage space and
budgets to purchase additional equipment. Now students can begin to
acquire equipment as they advance in their knowledge and skills.

Essential Tools 101
Continue creating books at home after taking a workshop or community
class. Complete and personalize: piercing cradle, sewing frame and
finishing press. All tools are knock-down, hand finished with multiple
layers of eco-friendly paints. A carrying tote is included.

Book and Paper Arts program. Before coming to Columbia, she was as an
Automotive Designer for General Motors and proprietor of Design Alotta
Inc. Currently, Sylvia is the sole proprietress of the Sharpest Pencil
Bindery+Book Arts Studio.
