Previous binding experience recommended. What does a ukulele have in common with a camera? They both make terrific books! Learn basic techniques for making books out of found objects. On day one, turn a ukulele into an accordion. Time will be allocated to add text/content to the book, so bring art supplies and musical imagery. The second day will be spent making books out of cameras; supply your own old camera, photographic images and ideas for text to add to the book. Inexpensive thrift store cameras or vintage cameras both work well for this project.
$225 ($200 members) + $50 supply fee
