Re: [BKARTS] Art Demo in Central Kentucky

Sorry, I added an attachment. This is a free demo for Golden Paint Production, April 11. A Golden artist is coming from Cincinnati to do a lecture demo. You just need to register.

The GOLDEN Acrylic Lecture Demo is a fun,
fast-paced informative lecture covering a
technical review of acrylics and their varied
application possibilities. The lecture demo will
present information on pigments, viscosities,
gels, mediums and more.
Learn how acrylics can be used as grounds for
other media, such as watercolor or colored pencil;
get key information on color mixing, blending and
controlling drying time; and see how gels can be
used to modify paint properties or create unique
textural surfaces. From traditional to
contemporary to mixed media, acrylics
are infinitely versatile.
Artists of all levels will come away from this
lecture demo with fresh new insights to feed their
creative expression.
All participants will receive free product samples
and a literature packet, including hand-painted
color charts.
Space is limited, so register today!

We are organizing a free demo from Golden Paints in Berea, Kentucky on April 11. Berea is about 45 minutes south of Lexington on i 75. I highly recommend going to one of these in your area. Great product, especially for people working in mixed media. You can contact Golden on the web and look for their artists' demo.

If you'd like to come to this one, just call or email the arts council. Thanks, Susan King
