[BKARTS] Paper in France

France is a big country, compared to Monaco and Andorra. Rougier et Plé is a big high-quality craft store with branches in several cities. Then there's a bunch of shops just off the Pont Louis-Philippe in Paris (downtown France).

BTW - the Moulin Richard de Bas is still around - it's a hand-paper-making museum in Auvergne:

BTW - these kinds of things are hideously expensive. It's usually cheaper to buy the stuff in America and bring it over..
