[BKARTS] Endsheets: Tipping vs. Sewing

Hi! I am looking for feedback in regards to attaching new endsheets to
textblocks. Which method do you find best and why: tipping on or sewing?
Also, if you tip on endsheets, do you simply tip the endsheet on with just
adhesive, or do you also use a strip of Japanese tissue?

Thanks!

Heather
