[BKARTS] Problem Solving with Gudy 870 & 831

Dear Jet,

This and all other "tape" type adhesive products are properly classified as pressure sensitive adhesives, and just as the name implies they generate a stronger bond with pressure. What you need to do is after applying the Gudy to the boards, use a bond folder and rally make sure it is applied down with good pressure. You should even take the point of the folder and run it in lines to press it down into the texture of the Eterno board.

This process is similar to putting scotch tape down on a surface. You may have seen if you put the tape down initially the color of it looks cloudy white. However if you take your fingernail (or a bone folder) and burnish it down it become much clearer as the adhesive generates a stronger bond and established contact with the surface below.

Regards,
Aaron
